I really never get as much done in the summer as I think I will. I am still working on several posts for the AHSMP, but I've added a few to my "Math, Eloquently" blog for teaching the basics. This will likely be the last time I link to it in a post, so if you think the explanations are good, feel free to put it on your RSS feed or link to it on your own blog; I'd appreciate the traffic. Thanks...more stuff coming...I hope.
Guess what? I figured out something, OK if .9 repeating equals 1 than say you added some undefined number(.00000...1) to .9 repeating to equal 1. Now 1 and .9 repeating are still equal. Now add that same number (.0000...1) so you get 1.000...1, this makes both 1.000...1 equal to 1, which is equal to .9 repeating. Now if you add or subtract this undefined number enough you should get every number on the number line, making all numbers equal

Also their can be infinite 0's in between the decimal and 1 just as I can have infinite spaces in between "h" and "e" (e is not a numerical value in this statement it is just a letter) and h (the decimal) will always be before the spaces (in this case 0)and e (in this case the digit 1) will always be after the spaces.

also, Zeno's Paradox is proven wrong because the closest an arrow can before piercing a mans body is .9 repeating and that equals 1 or it has reached 100% of the way their.

Now lets hear a joke. A student is taking a really hard math test, so he puts the answer 1 for every question. Then the teacher grades it and puts a zero, and the student goes to the teacher later and explains what i just said about all numbers equal everything, and so the teacher says "you got a 0 right" and the student says "yes" and the teacher says "same as a hundred!"

OK now for some units such as a amount of people and c dollars, dont have .333... as a number so numbers in those may have inequalities, but grams, kilograms, meters, or numbers not in units such as ones you use when counting is equal

This also relates to religion, because the bible says GOD is the one, yet he is infinite, and one equals infinity, so this is possible. It also explains why he can be in two places at once, and that he has made everything, because everything is based off of numbers, and it explains why Abraham's wife Sarah was turned into salt when looking back at the destruction of the vilige, because their are numerous grains of salt in a pilar of salt, and this happens just by looking at GOD. Also this is why GOD only let Moses see his back, because if we can't grasp the idea of infinity then how are can we see it, and GOD's back was still frightening, to those on the Mount When moses made his serman, and this fear is probably subconcious denial.

To add to the comment above, who knows we could be worshiping the number 1, and we could still be in the first year the world was ever made because 2009 = 1 and if I can figure this out, no doubt Isaac Newton has, and I think Isaac Newton is playing a trick on us saying the world will end in the year 2060, because the year 2060= the years 1,2,3,4,5... so Isaac Newton doesn't know when the world will end, he just wrote some random number, 2060, when really that means any number.
